Just accept that you had a part to play in that happening prior to the time when it happened. This may trace back to a thought in your mind, which could have transpired through others to have triggered the incidence: this is what quantum physics hints at. It is a strange thing to understand. But a wonderful thing to take control of and if required, to be got rid of as this wastes mind time in terms of involvement of thought process which could have been useful in some area, or may be invested to achieve productivity.

Think of breakthroughs all the time - The present job is not all about your career. You need to think in terms of ambition, financial position and the love of your life. Everyday you need to weigh the pros and cons as to where do you stand with respect to this perspective. This requires another planning from your end. What is your step today towards the end you are designing for yourself from ten years from now? If you are at par, then it is well and good. If you are ahead, you should start looking for the change, it may be somewhere around you, expecting to catch your attention.

As you plan to quit the present responsibilities, make sure that the person taking over knows all of it so as not to miss you. You will ensure long term friendship that way which is intangible wealth for anybody on earth.
